Payment Policy
Reserve tickets anytime. A 50% deposit is due six weeks prior to concert date. Balance payment is due three weeks prior to concert. Seat count can be adjusted until the time of the final payment. After paying the deposit, however, you are contractually obligated to purchase at least 50% of the original ticket quantity. All ticket sales are final.

Senior Groups
Our group sales office understands the joy of a trip to hear The Philadelphia Orchestra. We also understand the time, planning, and special needs some groups require, and we want to make this experience memorable and as easy as possible for group leaders involved. We can arrange for discounted tickets for a variety of seating locations and dates. To add to your experience we also offer tours of The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and dining packages at wonderful nearby restaurants. Verizon Hall is completely ADA compliant, with ample wheelchair seating. Wireless headsets for the hearing impaired and large-print subscription concert programs can also be made available upon request. If you prefer matinee concerts you are in luck; 26 of our 118 regular concerts are at 2:00 PM on Fridays and Sunday afternoons.
Student Groups
The Philadelphia Orchestra is committed to providing opportunities for students to experience classical music at its finest. We make seats for our regular concerts available for as little as $10 (these tickets are based on availability so book as early as possible). Corporate Groups
Have your next client cultivation night or company event with The Philadelphia Orchestra. Nothing makes a better impression for your company than partnering with one of the world's premier musical ensembles. You will receive preferred seating for your guests and have the opportunity to take advantage of some of the most vibrant spaces in Philadelphia for your pre- or post-concert event at the Kimmel Center. Restaurant Associates at the Kimmel Center will provide the catering. Whether simply cocktails before the concert for an intimate group or a lavish full dinner party for 200, they provide excellent service.
Tour Groups and Conventions
The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts is Philadelphia's premier cultural tourist destination. Furthermore, the Orchestra is a member of the National Tour Association, the American Bus Association, the Greater Philadelphia Tourism and Marketing Corporation and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitor Bureau, and has been working with tour groups and conventions for years, so you'll find us a great resource if you have any questions putting together your itinerary. We offer special tour operator discounts that will allow you to offer your clients the best price possible.

- What is the minimum group size? You need at least 10 people to qualify as a group.
- What kind of discount is available to groups? Groups of 10 or more people can receive significant savings for tickets to the Orchestra. The exact amount depends on the performance and seat location.
- When is the deposit and final payment required? The deposit is due six weeks prior to the performance and the final payment is due three weeks prior to the performance.
- Is there a processing fee? Not when you order as a group!
- Can my group sit together? We will make every effort to seat your group together. This is dependant on the availability of seats for a particular performance. Call early for best availability.
- Can I change my order? Yes! Group orders can be adjusted up until the time of the final payment. After paying the deposit, however, you are contractually obligated to purchase at least 50% of the original ticket quantity. All ticket sales are final.
