Ways to Purchase Tickets

Ways to purchase your tickets for Philadelphia Orchestra performances at the Kimmel Center:

ONLINE Purchase tickets online. If you would like to redeem a promotion code, you will be promoted to enter the code when you log in. There is a $6.00 per ticket service fee.*

BY PHONE Purchase tickets by calling Ticket Philadelphia at 215.893.1999, Monday through Sunday, 9 am to 8 pm. There is a $6.00 per ticket service fee.*

BY FAX Fax a written request, with performance date, seating location, number of tickets, credit card information, mailing address, and a daytime telephone number to Ticket Philadelphia at 215.893.1833. There is a $6.00 per ticket service fee.*

BY MAIL Mail a written request, with performance date, seating location, number of tickets, credit card information, and mailing address, and a daytime telephone number to: The Philadelphia Orchestra, c/o Ticket Philadelphia, 1420 Locust Street,
Suite 320, Philadelphia, PA 19102. There is a $6.00 per ticket service fee.*

IN PERSON Visit the Kimmel Center Box Office located in the main lobby of the Kimmel Center (300 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia PA) to purchase tickets. Open daily from 10 am to 6 pm, or until one-half hour after the beginning of the latest performance at the Kimmel Center. A $2 service fee applies.*
Tickets for any performance at the Academy of Music, Verizon Hall and the Perelman Theater can also be purchased at the Kimmel Center Box office.

*If paying by credit card, please note that the charge will appear as “Ticket Philadelphia” on your statement. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover accepted.

Please note a Building Maintenance and Renovation Fee of $3.00 is added to the price of each ticket over $10.00 for all events in the Academy of Music and in the Kimmel Center.

The Mann Center for the Performing Arts Box Office
Located at 52nd Street and Parkside Avenue in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park during the summer. Open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm until one-half hour after performance begins to purchase tickets for The Philadelphia Orchestra.

The Saratoga Performing Arts Center Box Office
Located on Route 50 in Saratoga Springs, New York. Open Monday through Friday, 12 pm to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm to purchase tickets for our August residency. Closed Sunday, unless there is an event; open 2 pm if there is a performance. On days having scheduled events, the Box Office remains open until performance time.
For your convenience a building Maintenance and Renovation fee of $3.00 is added to the price of each ticket over $10.00 for all events in the Academy of Music and in the Kimmel Center.

 

Subscriptions
The Philadelphia Orchestra offers a variety of subscriptions options each season. These multi-concert packages feature the best available seats, ticket exchange privileges, guaranteed seat renewal for the following season, discounts on individual tickets, and many other benefits. Individual Tickets
Don’t assume that your favorite concert is sold out. Subscriber turn-ins and other special promotions can make last-minute tickets available. Individual concert tickets go on sale in the fall for the season.

Group Sales

Gift Certificates

Ticketing Policy

Ticket Exchanges
Philadelphia Orchestra subscribers and eZseat members can exchange all tickets throughout the season at no additional cost. Patrons who are not subscribers and purchase individual tickets can exchange tickets for a $10.00 per ticket fee.

Tickets can be exchanged at the Kimmel Center Box office, by phone at 215.893.1999, or online under My Account. All exchanged tickets are subject to availability and to additional costs associated with an upgraded seat section or change in day of week. Tickets may not be exchanged once a concert has passed. Please destroy outdated tickets. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated.


Ticket Turn-In
Anyone who cannot use their tickets are invited to donate their tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit by calling 215.893.1999. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated.
