Subscription Ticket Exchanges
Subscribers can rest easy knowing that they have unparalleled flexibility with their tickets. At any point during the season subscribers can exchange their tickets for different programs, dates, and seats without paying additional exchange fees. Subscribers only pay the difference if exchanging into a higher-priced section or concert.
Please note: All exchange requests must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the originally purchased performance.
Subscription Auto Renewal
New for the 2024–25 season! All 2024–25 subscribers will be automatically enrolled in auto-renew for the 2025–26 season. Credit card required. Payments for the 2025–26 season will be automatically charged on the 14th of each month, February through June. Subscribers will be notified before charges are processed. Changes and add-ons will be available online prior to the first payment being processed.
If you choose to make a contribution with your 2024–25 subscription, the same contribution will be included in your auto-renewed order for the 2025–26 season. If you would prefer to discuss other giving options, contact us at 215.893.3151 or development@philorch.org.
Patrons can opt out of auto-renew at the time of subscription purchase.
Subscription Payment Plans
The Orchestra offers several payment plans to fit any budget, making it easy to subscribe. Order early, take advantage of our payment plans, and get the best seats.
Subscribers will be billed according to the payment schedule selected during checkout; charges will appear as “Ensemble Arts Philly.” Please note that an additional $5 fee will be charged per payment.
