Rachmaninoff Symphonic Dances
Rachmaninoff Symphony No. 3

The concert presents the last great purely symphonic works by Sergei Rachmaninoff. There is a lot to discover. The Symphonic Dances are an often-played Rachmaninoff hit, delighting audiences for decades. The program also includes his poignant Third Symphony, given its world premiere by The Philadelphia Orchestra and Leopold Stokowski in 1936.
