Your gift to the Orchestra’s Annual Fund impacts all of our work onstage, in schools and communities, around the world, and through broadcasts and digital media.

Membership Levels 

Friends Circle 

$100–$249

  • Two Open Rehearsal tickets
  • Priority access to single tickets and 10% discount on single tickets within the subscription series
  • Electronic access to Philadelphia Orchestra Impact Reports

$250–$499

  • Two additional Open Rehearsal tickets (for a total of four tickets)
  • Complimentary Philadelphia Orchestra gift

$500–$1,499

  • Four additional Open Rehearsal tickets (for a total of eight tickets)
  • An invitation to a pre-concert backstage tour of Verizon Hall (to be scheduled throughout the season; concert attendance is not required)
$1,500–$2,499
  • An invitation for two to Salon Series events (three events per season)
  • An invitation for two to the annual Closed Rehearsal Event, which includes a meal, artistic presentation, and full Orchestra rehearsal 
  • Acknowledgement of support in Playbill concert programs

$2,500–$3,499

  • Access to a dedicated member of the Orchestra’s Development staff for assistance with all Orchestra-related matters
  • Tier One reserved seating for all Open Rehearsals
  • Priority invitations to participate in Orchestra tours and travel opportunities, including day trips and international tours
  • Print or electronic access to Philadelphia Orchestra Impact Reports

Maestros Circle 

Maestros Circle members enjoy enhanced benefits in appreciation for their generous contributions of $3,500 or more. Each Maestros Circle level includes all benefits from the proceeding levels:

All Friends Circle Benefits, including:

  • An invitation for two to Salon Series events (three events per season)
  • An invitation for two to the annual Closed Rehearsal Event, which includes a meal, artistic presentation, and a full Orchestra rehearsal
  • Acknowledgement of support in Playbill concert programs
  • Priority invitation to participate in Orchestra tours and travel opportunities, including day trips and international tours
  • Print or electronic access to the Philadelphia Orchestra Annual Impact Report
  • An invitation to a pre-concert backstage tour of Verizon Hall (to be scheduled throughout the season, concert attendance is not required)

$3,500–$4,999

  • Use of the Wells Fargo Founders’ Lounge before and during intermission at subscription series concerts
  • Priority access to purchase parking in the Kimmel Center garage (must be paid in advance; spaces are limited and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis)
  • Exclusive access to the dedicated Priority Services Coordinator for ticket purchases, exchanges, and parking reservations
  • Exclusive access to Tier One reserved seating for all Open Rehearsals including use of the Wells Fargo Founders' Lounge

$5,000–$7,499

  • An invitation for two to the Maestros Circle House Party with Orchestra musicians and leadership

$7,500–$9,999

  • An invitation for two to the annual Carnegie Hall Day Trip

Presenters Circle 

Presenters Circle members receive special sponsorship recognition and customized stewardship experiences. Orchestra staff work with Presenters Circle members to arrange special experiences, offering members the opportunity to engage with musicians and guest artists. Presenters Circle members receive all benefits at the Friends Circle and Maestros Circle levels.

  • Recognition as sponsor of a guest soloist or conductor for a single concert, including an opportunity to visit the sponsored artist at the concert

$25,000–$49,999

  • Playbill recognition as sponsor of a single subscription concert, including a customized sponsorship experience to meet the conductor and musicians

$50,000–$74,999

  • Playbill recognition as sponsor of a guest soloist or conductor for a full subscription concert weekend, plus a customized experience to meet the conductor and musicians

$75,000–$124,999

  • Playbill recognition as sponsor of a full subscription concert weekend, including customized experience to meet the conductor and musicians

Artistic Council 

Artistic Council members make annual commitments of $125,000 or greater and receive individually tailored benefits that offer exclusive access to, and opportunities for interaction with, Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Philadelphia Orchestra musicians, guest artists and conductors, and artistic personnel.

Value of Goods and Services Received for Tax-Deduction Purposes

The Philadelphia Orchestra Association is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization and is required by law to provide a description and good faith estimate of the value of benefits, goods, or services offered in exchange for charitable contributions.

The benefits listed below are considered goods or services provided to donors in exchange for their support. The value of benefits consumed should be deducted from the total amount of your contribution, if you are declaring it to the IRS for tax-deduction purposes.

Donors may elect to decline all benefits, in which case no goods or services will be offered in exchange for your contribution, and the full amount of your gift may be considered tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

  • Complimentary Philadelphia Orchestra gift ($250+): $10
  • Invitation for two to Salon Series events ($1,500+): $60 per Salon/couple or $30 per Salon/individual
  • Invitation for two to the annual Closed Rehearsal Event ($1,500+): $70/couple or $35/individual
  • Intermission Reception for Open Rehearsals ($2,500+): $20 per Rehearsal/couple or $10 per Rehearsal/individual
  • Use of the Wells Fargo Founders’ Lounge ($3,500+): $60 per concert/couple or $30 per concert/individual
  • Invitation for two to the annual House Party ($5,000+): $100/couple or $50/individual
  • Invitation for two to the annual Carnegie Hall Day Trip ($7,500+): $390/couple or $195/individual
